“My husband has complex medical needs including hydrocephalus and Parkinson's plus. These conditions greatly affect his balance. He is no longer able to walk or stand.

Nicky came to the house for a few sessions to work with him. My husband was not easy to work with but Nicky showed a great deal of patience and care working with him. She encouraged him to try as hard as he could to do the exercises that she had planned for him. She knew what she wanted to achieve and planned the tasks appropriately. My husband suffers from acute anxiety which is part of his condition but Nicky reassured him that small goals were achievable.

She also left exercises to do between her visits to encourage more mobility.”
